First thoughts about possible topics.

My first thoughts about possible topics for the capstone project are all over the place! I have so many ideas running through my head, it's difficult to process it all at one time. Ever since I was a little girl I had these careers in my head that I wanted to pursue, but I just couldn't decide on which one. I assumed that once I got older I would magically know which one to choose, well boy was I wrong! I'm more than fifty percent sure which one ill end up pursuing, but there is that other fifty percent that I could end up going the complete opposite direction. Let's get right on into this... The first career I would possibly pursue is becoming a Marine Biologist, when you think of the word "Marine" you automatically think of dolphins, fishes, seals, and WHALES! The only thing stopping me from this is my extreme fear for whales, which I am trying to over come.The second career would be Cosmetology, I still have that girly girl inside me and it probably will never leave no matter what career I choose. I love the feeling of being able to make other women feel even more beautiful and empowered with my own hands! being able to express yourself in whatever way you want through your art work and have it admired by your peers is amazing. The down side is that you don't make a lot of money, people say money doesn't buy you happiness; It sure doesn't but it does buy you a house, car, and other necessities that happiness can't. Unfortunately the only way to be successful and still make a good amount of money through makeup is being a Celebrity makeup artist and lets be honest it takes a whole lot of time to get there. Lastly it would be a veterinarian, it's a common career but I have no problem with it. I have no fear of any animals that a veterinarian would have to see and they make a good amount of money, also who wouldn't love helping cute puppies and kittens everyday! this personally would be my backup, it isn't my ideal/dream job but if all else goes wrong I have this to still enjoy and pursue. In order to do any of those three careers you do have to go to college and learn how to become one of those titles. For Marine biology I would most certainly major in Marine Biology or if not available at a certain school I would major in Biology but focus in Marine biology. Cosmetology is a tiny bit different because there isn't a major for that, but I would major in business and it would help me in the long run if I wanted my own makeup line or even my own salon. Lastly for a veterinarian I would study basic veterinarian courses ,but also major in psychology based on animals and how their brain/behaviors works to help my skills when in the field and working as a vet. Over all I know that all three of these will be super exciting to research and to do a project on so there's no doubt about it. All I want to get out of this is an amazing and truly a life changing experience to help me see myself in the future of what I could possibly do, I'm super excited to see where this can take me!
